TB 3.0.1, VI 0.6.1, MacOS X 10.6.2
The settings dialog seems broken on TB/Mac (see screenshot).

Hi Oliver,
right, expected the background of the upper line to be white, but except this one it looks quite sorted... Any further problems? Are you using the classic theme? Maybe I can get Hands on a Mac in April, than I will check this again. Till than you might install Linux on your Mac :) (just joking)

Hi Oliver,
checked the dialog against the Mac-style classic delivered with Thunderbird for Mac, but only have a Linux-machine available here. I adapted the style to look right with commit [a5690b88e2f365], included in next release.
