Virtual Identity window pops up with zero size

This appears to be recent, possibly with the 0.6.7 upgrade.

When I go to send a message in Thunderbird 3.1, and Virtual Identity detects I have a different stored identity, it pops up a window, but the window appears in the upper left corner of my screen, and with zero size, so all I see is about 9 characters on the title bar. (Took me most of the day today to figure out why my message window wasn't responding when I tried to send something.)

Resizing the window gets me past the problem, but -- here's where the real issue is -- it's not remembering that I've resized the window. So the next time it comes up, it is again virtually (no pun intended) invisible.

Hi, thanks for pointing to the issue, it was probably related to some incompatibility of old code with TB3.1. It is fixed in [6c8ec71f430a665d] and part of current release 0.6.8
