VirtualID should also handle mail composing using mailto:-links

I created a rule in the data storage such that mails to a whole domain @example.tld are always sent using a specific identity. If I enter an adress john@… manually in the compose window, the correct identity is chosen. If the compose window is opened using a link mailto:john@…, my default identity is used on sending and not the one according to the given rules.

thanks for the report, this was a regression introduced with the last weeks bugfixes. Hope to have that solved now with new release 0.9.9.
