Hi,

there must be some error triggering the issue, can you please check the Javascript Error Console before / while pressing the button for related errors? (see Seamonkey Tools Menu)

Nice Regards, Rene

When I open the Setting dialog box, I get this:

Timestamp: 7/20/13 5:59:49 PM Error: NS_ERROR_FAILURE: Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIMsgFolder.server] Source File: chrome://v_identity/content/prefDialog/vI_prefDialog_TB3FolderPicker.js Line: 51

And every time I click on "OK", I get this:

Timestamp: 7/20/13 5:58:43 PM Error: TypeError?: document.getElementById(...).selectedItem is null Source File: chrome://v_identity/content/prefDialog/vI_prefDialog_TB3FolderPicker.js Line: 109

Hello,

I have just installed the Virtual Identity add-on 0.9.15 from http://absorb.it/software/virtual_identity/virtual_identity-0.9.15-tb+sm.xpi into Thunderbird 31.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 running on ARM.

The add-on installs and runs, I can open Settings and change values, but I can not save them. The [OK] button does nothing, the [Cancel] button closes the window without saving. Seems to be the same problem as above.

However, for me Error Console shows nothing after clicking the [OK] button.

Any idea what to try?

As workaround, is it possible to change the settings with a text editor?
