Description
Running Virtual Identity 0.5.8 with Mail Tweak 0.16 on Thunderbird 2.0.0.17 on Vista x64.
Mail Tweak can optionally display a word count in the status bar of the Compose window. When Virtual Identity is enabled this word count does not appear.

Hi Rene,
Many thanks for looking into it.
It could well be a problem in Mail Tweak but on my machine I get no errors at all related to Mail Tweak in Thunderbird's Error Console. Also I find that Mail Tweak's word count always works correctly except when Virtual Identity is enabled.
I'm not sure what else to suggest at the moment.
I've also raised this issue with the author of Mail Tweak at http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=599803&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=193

Hi,
seems like a problem in MailTweak. MailTweak raises a lot of warning and stops with an error - I can't get the wordcount running at all here.
this seems to be completely independent of any other extension including virtualIdentity - tested with TB 2.0.0.17 (20080925) and TB 20081105 Shredder/3.0b1pre, both on Linux. Please check the Error Console (see in the Tools menu) for MailTweak Errors and report them here or at the MailTweak bug-tracker.
Nice regards, Rene
