Smart-reply identities should defer to any present email address associated w/ underlying base identity

When Smart-Reply finds multiple identities, if one of the identities matches a base identity, it should default to using that identity. Although I would expect this to be the most common desired behavior, this could be an additional option in the "Identity Selection" setting:

_ - Ignore 'Smart-Reply' Identities if an address matches an underlying base identity

As a partial work-around, I can add my base identity addresses to the top of the Smart Reply filter addresses list and then check "use first found identity without interaction" in the Identity Selection results handling config dialog. However, I'd really like to also check "open a dialog to choose identity" when there are multiple matches, but then it always opens the dialog even when one of the matches is my base identity.
