Make it a full-blown TMDA plugin

Hi Pjotr,

thanks for the idea, but thats a little bit to much. The extension just got blown much bigger than I liked - and as you can see, I hardly find the time to maintain it nicely :( Badly enough, I even have to use more and more webmail services because of frequent travelling - so there won't be anything major like this happening in the near future.

If somebody like to do it, feel free to use the code as a base, it's GPL at all :)
