Storage switches defaults do not match what is in settings

Description
In 0.6.0pre6 (and pre4 and pre5), when you first install the add-on and compose a message, the checkboxes for saving of identity, base identity, and SMTP are all present. However, in the settings dialog (Compose Dialog tab > Dialog > Storage Switches), they are all unchecked.
If you check all of these boxes, uncheck them again, then click OK, the behavior then matches the settings UI.

thanks for the ticket. There was a missing default preference causing this problem. Fixed with [591297ea5], relaesed in 0.6.0pre7.
