Description
My settings some how got changed, and when I reply to an email with a different email address than my default email (IE: test1@… where my default is absorb.it@…) the from is being set to the defaut and not the incoming "to" address. This used to work, but when my settings in ThunderBird? were corrupted I lost this capacity.

I have the Smart Draft box checked, but it still does not pull the "TO" email for the reply-to. If I have any email addresses manually setup, those come over correctly... may be I am having a USER ERROR problem. Thanks - Greg

Hi Greg,
the best will be you activate the debug-output (last tab in preference dialog) and reproduce the erroneous reply-case. Please post it here after replacing all confidential information (emails, smtp etc.) in a useful way.

Hi Greg, closing ticket again, if it is driving you crazy please provide the debug-output and I will try to find the problem, no matter if it's a usability or a implementation problem.

Hi Greg,
hard to say what's your problem. Related options are in the leftmost config Tab, the using of Smart Draft and the detection of received mails based on the "received" header.
If you can't change the behaviour with these settings, activate the debug-output in the last Tab and post the output shown in the compose-dialog after reproducing the issue. Watch out for confidential information before posting, search-replace your email-addresses etc.
Closing the ticket by now, please reopen if not solved...
