Handling identity conflicts between To and Cc

I notice that when composing a message, if my To and Cc or if different Cc's have different stored identities, VI will quietly change the identity as each Cc is added. The next effect is that the last one wins.

It would be better to have a popup with a list of stored/matched identities and have us select explicitly.

please provide better information on what you are doing / what you are expecting to happen. Check the preferences dialogue, there are plenty of options to adapt the behaviour of virtual identity.
