Description
According to #56, this should not happen, but if I receive a mail that is written to
"'Nico'" <nico@mail>
Virtual Identity sets the sender to
'Nico' <nico@mail>
on replying and thus creates a new identity even if
Nico <nico@mail>
already exists as an regular identity.
I'm using VI 0.6.7 under Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; de; rv:1.9.2.4) Gecko/20100608 Lightning/1.0b2 Mnenhy/0.8.3 Thunderbird/3.1

Hi,
you are right, the parsing/removing of " or ' didn't worked recursively. Changed this and unified parsing of addresses in [f0f993dfb642bb6f], but this requires further testing. Will be part of 0.6.8 after I feel this implementation is stable.
Thanks for pointing at this issue, nice regards, Rene
