Saving of Draft emails

Description
There are options under SETTINGS/SENDING/DRAFTS that permit selecting where draft copies of emails are stored. I have tried the two lower options but my draft emails are not stored in that location when I am composing while viewing the first Account within Thunderbird. If I compose while viewing the inbox of the second, third etc account within Thunderbird then my drafts are stored as configured in VirtualIdentity?.

Hi,
virtual Identity only handles the saving of mail composed with a virtual identity, beside it does nothing. Are you using a virtual Identity while saving the draft? What are the settings for Drafts you selected?

Additionally: When I open a draft email from the correctly saved location and further edit it. When I save again it gets saved to the wrong Drafts folder, unless I override the identity to one other than the first account.
