Replies to mails sent by me and recevied through an e-mail alias/list gets wrong sender using Smart Reply

I think this is most easily explained using an example.

Let's say my adress is foo@… and list@… is a mailing list/alias. list@… includes foo@…. If I send an e-mail to a third address, bar@…, with CC to list@…, then I will receive that same e-mail as foo@… is included in list@…. If I now reply to that e-mail, the Smart Reply feature will choose bar@…, which is not me, as the from-adress.

If the Smart Reply feature cannot handle this, I don't think it should be enabled by default.
