Treat forwards as new mails

Description

When the user forwards a message, VI pops up a dialogue asking which identity to use. Instead forwarded messages should be treated like new mails: take no action until the user enters a recipient address.

The behavior you are requesting is exactly what does happen when I forward a msg.

Try upgrading to 0.8.6 and see if the problem goes away.

Hi Dotan,

your point seems really valid, virtual identity handles forwards as reply-to's. I will change this into the more useful "new mail" schema, with the 0.9 release on. Checked into [5d26a6feb7]
