Charset settings per recipient

Description
I think it would ge great to add an option to remember per-recipient Charset settings, used when sending email.
Still, some email clients fail to correctly detect charset, especially in PGP/GnuPG encrypted plaintext emails.
I.e., TheBAT! mailer has an option in its address book: "always use <selected> charset for this address".

added this (and other related options) in 0.5.3pre. Check the downloads-section for the file, and, it's the first pre-release, might still have some problems. Thanks for your idea, regards, Rene

hmm, nice idea. possible, but on the other hand not really the task of this extension - which started to help you creating Virtual Identites. But the code is there, maybe developing it as a separate extension... Thinking of it.
