Ability to edit identities

I very much want to be able to view and edit the relationships independently, rather than on a case-by-case basis when sending mail. I want to be able to see what VID thinks it should do (by default) if I send a message to foo@…, and I want to be able to change that default behaviour. I want to be able to go through all the relationships, or pick them out from a list, rather than composing a message and hoping my choices will have the desired effect. I want to be able to control which VIDs are listed in the 'From:' pulldown; frequently I have to type one by hand because the pulldown is too short and too full of pointless entries.

Other than this shortcoming of leaving me out of control, I love this add-on.

great that you like this extension. Just as the usual answer (see for instance #67) the current version of the extension is 0.5.4, 0.5.5 is just to be released. It gives you more control about the picked Indentity, cause since version 0.5.3 there is a editor for the stored virtual identities. On the other Hand, virtual Identity became really complex. So it might be a little complicated, but just have a look in the options dialog. I think it also had small improvements since the version 0.5.2, and it allows you to specify more precise how the extension selects an identity. If you feel uncomfortable with some of the descriptions or don't understand a specific feature, please come back (reopen the ticket or create a new one).
