Smart Timestamp format

It would be great to have an option to supply a kind of a format string for the Smart Timestamp (e.g. "%l+%t@%d" expanding to localpart+timestamp@…) or at least a configurable separator string.

This would make it compatible with e.g. the "plussed user feature" of Sendmail, or the local_part_suffix option of Exim.

Hoping to see this soon for 0.7.x as well as the newer development tree, with greets from Germany,
