Can not save replies in the folder of the message being replied to

Description
I have enabled "Place a copy in:" and set it to "Folder used by account changed with Virtual Identity" In the Thunderbird settings of my account I enabled the option "Place replies in the folder of the message being replied to", however, when replying with a virtual identity a copy of the reply-message is always placed in the "Sent" folder, which is the default folder for my account, instead of the folder the original message being replied to is located in.

Thanks for your report. Added the related option with [271] and [273], published a new bugfix-release (0.5.4, available on my site now)
