Description
Hi!
I installed an older version of Virtual Identity (v4.4) just a few minutes before realizing that a v5.0.8 was available. I didn't use the first one at all. I just restarted TB, upgraded the extension, but now, at each and every TB startup, I get the migration message which keeps getting stuck at stage 2/2.
When having a look at the error console, I get this:
Error: queryISupportsArray is not defined Source File: chrome://v_identity/content/vI_helper.js Line: 34

Hi,
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I get another error message with this test build:
Error: document.getElementById("bundle_messenger") has no properties Source File: chrome://v_identity/content/vI_helper.js Line: 56

Hi,
:) thats what is happening if I just do it without preparing a test environment to reproduce the problem completely. Now changed the related files [456] and an upgrade from any pre-0.5 version to the current snapshot works - as far as I have tested. Please check http://absorb.it/software/virtual_identity/daily/virtual-identity_r456_2008-12-01.xpi
Thanks for your patience and the test,
Rene

Hi,
you are right, the related function queryISupportsArray is only defined in the MsgCompose-Dialog and might create an error on upgrading as in your case. Repaired that with [455], please test the snapshot at http://absorb.it/software/virtual_identity/daily/virtual-identity_r455_2008-12-01.xpi . If the bugfix works, it will be released as 0.5.9 as soon as possible.
Thanks for your report, nice regards, Rene
