Description
Hi, I have 4 different email accounts in thunderbird, but I only want to use virtual identity with two of them (the other two have a fixed email address). Is there any way of doing this or adding an option in a future version?

Hi,
interesting point, this is not implemented but I think there is a way to do this :)
You might use the smartReply-Filter to set and limit the autmatically retrieved Identities to some dedicated domains, if this is what you like. But the used 'base identity' for any generated Identity is selected by Thunderbird itself, it is not changed by the extension (except if there is already a stored Identity for the recipient and the base-identity is saved).
So it seems like Thunderbird is not using the right base-identity if you reply to an 'unknown' email Identity, which is the problem you have. You can change this with another extension like correct identity, it will give you the option to choose the right (base)identity based on domain settings etc.
Hope of being helpful, please report if this solution works for you. Nice regards,
Rene
