Popup offering to save different identity isn't saving it when clicking OK

Description
After upgrading to 0.6.0pre7, I am replying to an email sent by someone for whom I have a stored identity. When I hit send, it notes that the SMTP server and base identity (just the current one with a line through it) in the given identity are different than the SMTP server and base identity (blank) in the stored identity. It asks if I want to store the given identity. When I click on OK, it doesn't save the information; if I create another replying to that same message, it pops up the exact same dialog.

I was just coming here to update this ticket to say the exact same thing: I bet this is related to #157. The messages that had this problem before no longer do (in pre8), so I'm in agreement with you that this appears fixed now.
Thanks!
Hi Keith,
probably related to ticket #157. There had been some problems with SMTP implementation, but hopefully they are gone now. Please check 0.6.0pre8 and report back. The strike-trough just tells you some difference which is not relevant, because you have choosen not to store the base ID.
Thanks for the ticket, nice regards, Rene
