Sent message using Virtual Identity not saved

Description
IMAP messages sent using Virtual Identity are not saved in the Sent folder of my IMAP account.
Regular messages sent without Virtual Identity are copied into Sent folder. Quota has been checked (mailbox not full).
I'm using Thunderbird 17.05 on Windows 7 Pro x64 with VI plugin 0.9.11?

Hi,
there are a bunch of complex rules about how and where the Copies are saved. Check the Virtual-Identity Preferences (Sending TAB). You have probably configured to use the storage-place of the underlaying base identity to store the sent mails. Change this if the usually used base identity does not have the right configurations.
To see what's really going on it might be useful to see the debug-output, but I currently have no idea how to keep the relevant information after you sent the mail - on linux you might start Thunderbird from the command line to read all the debug output...
Can you fix the issue be reconfiguring the Extension as described above?
