Please make the row of icons in the settings dialog optional.

Hi,
implemented a small switch to show or hide the option-icons. It is committed with [b9a85dc9d] and can be tested with snapshot virtual_identity-0.6.4-4-gb9a85dc-tb+sm.xpi. Will be part of 0.6.5, but this might take a while till it get's released.
